Internal Consulting Manager – Customer Journey, conversion and retention

You will work as an in-house consultant manager dealing with core projects inside Business Area, leading a cross-functional and self-consistent international team with full accountability on P&L of a given value stream.

To pursue our ambitious growth strategy we are looking for entrepreneurial driven talents, who will take ownership as Product Owner from day one and give everything for our projects to make a meaningful and sustainable impact.


Job Description

  • Product Owners are a team of talented people supporting the group in its growth and development
  • You will be leading different projects on a e2e basis, from backlog to backtesting, on a variety of topics ranging from tech backend and frontend features to best-practice sharing across teams, in order to boost our customer base
  • You will be working with senior executives and be exposed to different areas of the business
  • Our culture is our main competitive advantage. You will need to work with a variety of people and support the development of your team and colleagues

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent university degree from a leading global educational institution
  • At least 3 years of working experience in competitive context (e.g. Big 4)
  • Positive attitude, goal orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
  • Excellent listening, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong commercial view and business acumen
  • Proven exposure to tech features involving Customer Journey
  • Experience in managing projects and teams
  • A sense of humour and ability to be part of the team and spread the company culture
